This is a great opportunity for employers, managers and supervisors in Washington agriculture as we look back at the labor market in 2011 and anticipate what we might face in 2012. We will also explore what employers can do to address the likely situation in 2012 and beyond, including the nuts and bolts of using non-traditional options.

We will have an excellent lunch including a lunch speaker, Tom Roach, an immigration attorney in Pasco, Washington, who is active in a wide variety of immigration representation and who is active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

The registration fee is $25 (each) for Washington Growers League members and their employees, and $75 for non-members.

Registration includes a hot buffet with salmon or stuffed pork chops, (vegetarian available on request), coffee, tea and a morning snack.
